Looking to update your knowledge of ski techniques or tick off another component of your XC ski coaching qualification?

Two Level 1 XC Coach On-Snow Technique Workshops will be held at Falls Creek on Wednesday July 10 and Thursday July 11. The workshops will be presented by National Team Head Coach Valerio Leccardi.

These workshops cover the basics of teaching classic and freestyle cross country skiing techniques, what to look for when assessing skier technique,  and using games and other activiites to develop agility, coordination and balance. For past coaches it will also be an excellent opportunity to refresh your understanding of ski technique and see if much has changed in recent years.

A pre-requsite for the course is completion of the Sport Australia Community Coach General Principles (CCGP), which can be undertaken online at any time.  A copy of the CCGP certificate needs to be emailed to ronice.goebel@gmail.com prior to the course if it hasn't been submitted previously.

Please note:  All participants must have a current SSA SnowID in order to register.  To lookup your Snow ID or to register, please visit https://www.snowracer.com.au/registration/
