Race Office
The Race Office at the Nordic Shelter will be open from 8.30am to 9.30am on race day.
Race numbers can be collected during those hours.
Online Entries
Online entries will close on Wednesday 17th July at midnight.
Late entries will be accepted only up until 8:30am on race day.

Ski Out of Age Group (SOOAG) - Competitors who wish to ski out of their age group must select "Ski-out-of-Age" AND must notify the event organiser by email prior to the closing date to inform them of the intention to do so. If this confirmation is not received by closing, the competitor will be entered into the draw as per their birth year. This process will help ensure that you are entered in the correct event on the day.

Competition Rules
Notes for Junior Skiers:
- Junior Boys Under 18 and Under 20 (who both ski 7.5km) will be automatically entered in the Senior Men's Championship event (who also ski 7.5km) and thus could be both the overall Junior Boys Champion and the Overall Senior Men Champion for that event.
- Junior Girls Under 16, Under 18 and Under 20 (who all ski 5km) will be automatically entered in the Senior Women's Championship event (who also ski 5km) and thus could be both the Overall Junior Girl Champion and the Overall Senior Women Champion for that event.

Snowracer (identified with your SnowID #) has been implemented by SSA and is an initiative to increase participation for recreational and competitive skiers and snowboarders and is FREE to join. All participants with a current SnowID # are provided with FREE insurance cover while competing in Australia. This insurance is for non-medical expenses to the value of $500 and covers items such as refunds for your entry fee and lift tickets, lost accommodation or car repatriation.
