HOTHAM JUNIOR FREESTYLE SERIES 2019
Newly renamed the Freestyle series (HJFS) is aimed at skier and snowboarder girls and boys under the age of 18. Designed as a 'grass roots' pathway, children will compete in a series of 4 events open to all abilities. There are several categories for individuals under the age of 18 with a presentation held after to announce the winners. Each event gives you valuable points towards becoming the Hotham Junior Freeride champion!
To be eligible for the Junior Freestyle Series champion, competitors must enter a minimum of 3 events.
This event is for entry into the entire series of 4 events:
Rail Jam - 6th July
Rail Style - 20th July
Rider X - 11th August
Slopestyle - 25th August
Please see individual events for more information. Please be advised, if you purchase series entry, you will not need to sign up for individual events, you will automaticaly be registered and will only need to sign the event waver which will be emailed in the week prior to the event.

Times: Subject to weather, please refer to the event schedule closer to event date.
Cost: $130
Registration: Participants must have an SSA Snow ID/ SSA Snowracer Membership (free) to log in to enter. Please make sure you have access to that email address whilst you are on hill. Registration closing time and date is displayed on all event notices and differ depending on the type of event. Any registrations taken after the event close off date and time will be subject to late fees. If you are having trouble entering, please contact us via email or phone before entry close off date. Registrations taken after the close off date and time are at the Hotham Racing & Events Department discretion.
Waivers: Participants must electronically sign the waver sent via email at time of registration. Participants who have not signed a waver will not be able to compete. If you are having trouble signing the waver, please contact us prior to the event.
Bib Collection: Bibs can be collected from the Race and Events desk at the time specified on the event schedule. Please return your bib to the top of the course or the events desk by the end of the day, if bib is not returned you will be subject to a $50 replacement fee.
Results: Location and time for presentations will be confirmed during the event. Results will be available on the Hotham Race and Events Revolutionise website after presentations.
Note: Helmets are compulsory for all attendees whilst on course for inspection and during the event. Any competitor that arrives to the top of the course without a helmet on and done up will be refused participation. Event time and date, location, schedule and criteria are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather; please have access to your emails to receive possible changes to the schedule.
