2017 Falls Creek Snowracer Series and King of the Mountain 

Event Information: 

The Snowracer Series is the perfect opportunity for schools, teams or individuals to gain valuable race experience in a fun and safe competitive environment. The series, contested on Nastar racecourse, is suitable for intermediate-advanced skiers and snowboarders aged 5 to 18 years.

As well as providing the opportunity for individuals to train and compete in Alpine and Snowboard GS, the Snowracer Series is also ideal for schools wishing to conduct training-up event or preparation for Interschools.

Snowracer is an initiative of Ski and Snowboard Australia and supported by the Australian Sports Commission and Snow Australia. 

All competitors must be registered with a SnowID and a Snowracer member prior to the event. 

Event Schedule:

Round 1: Saturday 8th July 2017 - GS Course on Nastar (2 Runs)
Course inspection:  9:15am - 9:45am
Bib Collection: From 9:00am at the top of the race course
Start 1st Run: 10:00am
Start 2nd Run: TBA on day
Course Access: Access will be via Falls Express Chairlifts from 8:30am. 

Round 2: Sunday 9th July 2017 - GS Course on Nastar (2 Runs)
Course inspection:  9:15am - 9:45am
Bib Collection: From 9:00am at the top of the race course
Start 1st Run: 10:00am
Start 2nd Run: TBA on day
Course Access: Access will be via Falls Express Chairlifts from 8:30am. 

Round 3: Saturday 15th July 2017 - GS Course on Extended Nastar (2 Runs)
Course inspection:  8:30am - 9:15am
Bib Collection: From 9:00am at the top of the race course
Start 1st Run: 9:30am
Start 2nd Run: TBA on day
Course Access: Access will be via Falls Express Chairlifts from 8:30am.
